On October 5, 2024, non-bargaining unit employee began receiving emails from the Agency, specifically relating to BUS codes 7777 and 8888. The email indicated that they are not eligible for payroll deductions for union dues.
The Union was unaware that this situation would arise. The Agency has been working behind the scenes to undermine the Union nationwide. As this tactic impacts multiple locals, NVAC is responding by filing a national grievance against the Agency.
