If you are ever called into your supervisor office and you feel the discussion could in any way lead to you being disciplined or terminated, or affect your personal working conditions, politely request that your Union Steward be present at the meeting.
Here's what you can say, "without Union representation I choose not to answer any questions.
The agency will then: 1. Stop the Weingarten and give you an opportunity to have representation. 2. Move forward with the investigation and take appropriate action without your information.
By asking for Union representation, it show to the Agency that "I know my rights".
