Brothers and sisters, this is your Executive Vice President Clark Parker asking you for your help. For far too long our pay has not increase nor has it kept up with inflation. As you personally know, it's hard to keep good employees from leaving the VA and seeking employment at Kaiser, Sutter Health, or any other healthcare facility. Financial stability is the number one reason for this mass exodus.
